Where is Apothecary Monthly located?

We are based in Wesley Chapel, Florida.


Do you ship worldwide?

No, due to potential customs issues with shipping seeds internationally, we only ship to the United States.


Can I cancel my subscription?

You are able to cancel any active Cratejoy Marketplace subscriptions. Keep in mind, this will not issue a refund but simply stop the subscription from renewing in the future. 

1. Go to Cratejoy.com and log in with your current email address.
2. Once logged in, click on your name in the upper right. From the drop-down menu select Orders.
3. You will see your orders are sorted into several tabs: Active Subscriptions, One Time Purchases, Cancelled Subscriptions, and Gifts Given.
4. On the specified order, click Manage Subscription.
5. Click Cancel Subscription.
6. Select Reason for Cancelling and provide feedback.
7. Click Confirm and Cancel Subscription. 


Refund and return policy:

Our items are non-refundable.  However, if you have any concerns with an item you have purchased please reach out to us at kim@southernseedexchange.com and we will do our best to help. 


My box arrived damaged:

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at kim@southernseedexchange.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 


When does my box ship?

We ship all boxes out by the 4th of the month. For example, the sign up period for a July box will be June 1st to June 30th and will ship by July 4th. All boxes are shipped 2-3 day Priority Mail.
